Outline of Research at the Start

保育施設にまつわる政策・制度は、社会動向や多くの研究を背景に変化してきたが、保育士の働く環境としての見直しや改善は殆ど行われてこなかった。結果として、保育士の休憩場所や大人用トイレ、管理スペースの不足等、働く環境として早急に解決すべき課題が多く残されている。本研究では、保育士の働く環境という視点から保育施設計画要件を再検討することを目的とする。調査手法として、アンケートと図面分析による量的調査、保育士の負担感を明らかにするためのインタビュー・観察調査を行うことで、働く環境として、保育施設の設えにはどのような建築的工夫や改善が必要となるのか、具体的な手法・数値として提案する。
