Outline of Research at the Start	国際海運における脱炭素化の流れは加速しており、様々な排出量規制が提案されている。一方で、目標や規制を実現した際の国際海運への影響は十分評価されているとは言えない。規制は、十分実現可能であり、市場への負担をできる限り抑えたものが望ましい。本研究では、国際海運におけるGHG排出量規制の設計を支援する手法を開発する。シミュレーションによってデータドリブンなGHG排出量規制の設計を可能とする。
