Outline of Research at the Start

本研究では、多様な地域特性や災害特性を有する日本の複数の災害事例（2011年東日本大震災、2016年熊本地震、2018年北海道胆振東部地震等）におけるレジリエンス効果のデータを用いて、国内外の先行研究から網羅的に選定したレジリエンス評価指標セットの検証を行い、有効な指標を特定する。さらに、それらの指標の有効性が、災害の種類や規模等の特性、人口動態・産業構造等の地域特性に応じて、変化する可能性についても分析する。
