Outline of Research at the Start |
These newly devised compounds will exhibit high epimerization barriers and exceptional Circularly Polarized Luminescence (CPL) responses. Post-synthesis, their structural, electronic, and optical attributes will undergo rigorous examination employing both experimental and computational tools. As part of this comprehensive study, I will expand upon my prior work (Adv. Synth. Catal. 2023, 365, 373) by synthesizing a diverse array of oxaza[7]helicenes and other best performing core scaffolds to elucidate the impact of different substituents on their chiroptical responses.
