Outline of Research at the Start

触媒構造のモジュラリティが高い有機分子触媒は様々な不斉反応に有用であることが知られているが、構造活性相関を予測することは困難であり、実験的検証による膨大な時間と労力が必要である。本研究では、計算化学と情報化学を活用した実験値の精密な予測手法および合理的な解釈手段の確立を経て、新たな触媒デザインと反応探索の協奏的ハイスループットスクリーニング手法の構築を目指す。
