Outline of Research at the Start

本研究では、既存の細胞膜透過性ペプチド（CPPs）の欠点を解決する次世代の物質輸送剤である細胞膜透過性糖ペプチド（CPGs）を開発する。CPGsは細胞膜上の糖受容体に選択的に結合することで、高い細胞選択的透過性と安定性を実現する。CPGsによる生体内での高効率な薬物送達を可能にした暁には、血液脳関門に対する効率的な透過についても検討する。この技術は次世代の細胞治療に応用され、標的組織への効率的な薬物送達を可能にする。
