Outline of Research at the Start	モルヒネのようなl型モルヒナン化合物はミューオピオイド受容体（MOR）に結合して鎮痛作用を示す。一般にモルヒネの鏡像に当たるd型モルヒナン化合物は「MORには結合せず鎮痛作用はない」とされるが、我々はd型モルヒナン化合物であるシノメニンがMORに結合して鎮痛作用を示すという予備データを得た。本研究ではd型モルヒナン化合物がMORに結合するということを示し、一般論を覆すだけでなく、d型モルヒナン化合物をモルヒネのような鎮痛薬として応用することを目指す。
