Outline of Research at the Start	本研究では、CgSElsの食中毒起病性を明らかにする。まず、申請者所属機関が保有する食品由来株、動物由来株および食中毒事例由来株の全ゲノム配列からCgSElsの保有状況を詳細に解析する。次に、嘔吐モデル動物を用いてCgSElsの嘔吐活性を解析する。さらに、CgSEls産生量を菌株間で比較する。
