Outline of Research at the Start

室内感染試験により養殖魚・病原体の生理状態を反映する環境RNAを見出し、それらをマーカー候補として検出性能比較と選定を行い、分析手法を整備する。整備した手法によりマダイ養殖場での環境RNAモニタリングを行い、既存の養殖魚・病原体の生理状態評価法と比較して妥当性や優位性・劣位を検証するとともに、分析手法の改善にフィードバックすることで、環境RNA分析による養殖魚および病原体の生理状態評価法の確立を目指す。
