KeywordsOral fish Vaccine / Chitosan nanoparticle / Complement protein
Outline of Research at the Start

The current study proposes utilizing chitosan nanoparticle tagged with the complement protein C3b as a drug delivery vehicle for oral fish vaccines. The encapsulation of the vaccine in chitosan nanoparticle protects the antigen from getting degraded and C3b enhances the opsonization of the vaccine.
