Outline of Research at the Start	神経過活動は神経細胞の遺伝子発現パターンやクロマチンの三次元構造を大規模に変化させることが知られており、神経過活動による脱成熟とその背景にある核ゲノム構造や神経細胞の機能的な変化を明らかにすることは精神疾患の病態解明につながると期待される。本研究では光遺伝学的手法によって神経過活動を引き起こしたマウスを用いて、脱成熟に伴う神経細胞の核ゲノム構造の変化とその機能的意義の解明を目指す。
