Outline of Research at the Start	抗菌薬バンコマイシンはMRSA感染症の第1選択薬である。投与設計指標はAUC（薬物血中濃度時間曲線の下の面積）である。臨床現場ではTDMガイドラインに準じ、患者の血中濃度をtrough値（投与直前値）とpeak値(投与終了後1-2時間値)の2回測定してAUCを算出し投与設計を行う。繁忙な実臨床では推奨のタイミングでの採血は困難である。しかし種々の採血タイミングにおけるAUC推定精度に関する報告は限られる。本研究は、種々の採血タイミングにおけるAUC推定精度を明らかとすることを目的とする。本研究成果は実臨床でのバンコマイシンの投与設計の最適化を可能とし、感染症治療の成績向上に大きく寄与する。
