Outline of Research at the Start	ミロガバリンは本邦で承認された最も新しいガバペンチノイド系鎮痛薬であり、がんの転移に由来する神経性疼痛など、様々な痛みを改善する。しかし、現在の本邦で使用可能なガバペンチノイド系鎮痛薬は内服剤のみであり、内服困難による中止後に疼痛の再燃が発現している。その臨床問題を解決するため、患者および介護者による使用が簡便な、世界初となる新規全身作用型外用剤の開発に着手することにした。本研究では、臨床試験への迅速な移行が可能となる院内製剤の完成を第一目標として、ミロガバリン外用剤の調製および①長期安定性、②皮膚透過性、③全身吸収性の基礎検討を行い、最適な基剤・成分濃度・用量を明らかにする。
