Outline of Research at the Start

Tumor cells adapt different strategies to establish immune tolerance. It is well known that tumor progression establishes periphery tolerance to dampen anti-tumor T cell responses, whereas the role of central tolerance in tumor progression is still a question remaining unanswered.
