Outline of Research at the Start	臨床現場においては神経芽腫の再発転移検体を採取する機会が少ないことから、難治化に寄与する分子病態が十分に解明されておらず、分子病態に立脚した治療戦略が立てられない点が再発神経芽腫における最大の課題である。本研究では、神経芽腫におけるリキッドバイオプシーにより、神経芽腫の患者末梢血検体からDNAからRNAにまでおける包括的な解析を行い、原発巣・転移巣全体のゲノム異常を一度に捕捉することで神経芽腫の再発・難治化に寄与するクローン進化や多様性の解明を目的とし、新規治療標的や臨床的に有用な新規バイオマーカーの探索を行う。
