Outline of Research at the Start	今回の研究では抗腫瘍薬治療中の急性腎障害(AKI)の予防、回復、電解質異常に関連する介入可能な因子の同定を行うことと、予備解析で見出されたプロトンポンプ阻害薬(PPI)が低ナトリウム(Na)血症と関連するというデータをもとに、PPIが真に低Na血症を引き起こす、あるいは増悪させるかを解明すること、また、低Na血症の発症機序の解明とPPIを他剤に置き換えることで低Na血症が予防できるか介入研究につなげることを目的とする。
