Outline of Research at the Start

KRAS阻害薬ソトラシブの薬剤耐性機序を明らかとし、より良い癌治療薬の開発につなげることを目指したものである。研究方法としてKRAS変異陽性でソトラシブ感受性肺癌細胞株、H2122及び同耐性株H2122ARを用いて耐性の原因遺伝子の探索を行う。すでに網羅的な遺伝子解析によって耐性株で脱リン酸化酵素の発現低下が耐性に寄与していることを確認した。今後は臨床検体での検討を行う予定である。
