Outline of Research at the Start	①:大腸癌細胞株（Colon-26）と正常肝（HH）や骨格筋(HSkMSC)の初代細胞とで共培養を行い、担癌環境にある正常細胞から経時的にRNAと蛋白を回収し、宿主の蛋白合成変化を引き起こす責任遺伝子群・シグナル伝達経路を同定する。②:①で同定された候補遺伝子に基づいて、CRISPR-Cas9による肝臓特異的な遺伝子編集を施行したCD2F1 マウスにColon-26を皮下移植する。同マウスの肝細胞を単一細胞に分離し、蛋白合成に変化のある細胞でsgRNA が濃縮されている遺伝子を、さらなる臨床開発に向けた候補分子標的とする。
