Outline of Research at the Start

本研究ではまずHER2を高発現するマウスモデルを用いたHER2の膵発癌における働きを解析する。次に膵癌臨床検体におけるEGFRファミリーの発現を検討しつつ、同患者から採取したオルガノイドを培養する。培養したオルガノイドを用いてEGFR及びHER2阻害療法の効果を予測するアッセイ系の確立を行う。最終的には効果予測の上、EGFR及びHER2阻害療法の単剤、併用療法を含む臨床試験を考案する。
