Outline of Research at the Start

本研究では, 統合失調症の神経生理学的なバイオマーカーの候補として注目を集めているガンマオシレーションの異常が, 統合失調症の特徴的な症状である言語知覚異常(言語性幻聴, 雑音下での音声聴取困難)にどのように関与しているかを生態学的妥当性の高い実験で検討する。言語性幻聴に関しては, 幻聴の具体的な知覚内容に応じてガンマオシレーションにどのような違いが生じるかを検討する。雑音下での音声聴取困難に関しては, 連続的な音声を聴取してその内容を報告している際のガンマオシレーションの評価を行い, 統合失調者でどのような機能異常が見られるかを検討する。
