Outline of Research at the Start	パーキンソン病(PD)では、凝集a-synが脳内だけでなく初期から末梢組織にも沈着し、末梢組織・末梢血の変化が出現する。一例としてPD発症前後から出現する貧血やリンパ球減少、免疫変容が挙げられ、中枢組織とのクロストークの影響も示唆されているが、その詳細なメカニズムは未解明である。本研究では、前駆期PDモデルマウスを使用して、PD病理の起始や進展に関連する末梢血の変容メカニズムを解明することである。
