Outline of Research at the Start	妊娠中のウイルス感染やストレスは胎児脳のシナプス形成異常を引き起こす。これは精神疾患発症のリスク因子と考えられている。申請者はこれまで抑制型免疫レセプターの機能を、炎症や分化抑制の観点から研究してきた。本研究では妊娠中の感染やストレスを模した「母体免疫活性」マウスモデルを用いて抑制型免疫レセプターの精神疾患発症における影響を解明することで、新しい治療ターゲットの創出が期待される。
