Outline of Research at the Start	糖尿病や心不全・腎不全治療薬であるSGLT2阻害薬は、近年急速に使用が拡大している。一方で、糖尿病のマネジメント評価指標であるHbA1cではSGLT2阻害薬による血糖降下作用を過小評価している可能性が示唆されている。本研究では、後ろ向きコホート試験および前向き介入試験を実施し、非糖尿病患者も含めてSGLT2阻害薬が血糖マネジメント評価指標に与える影響の実態を解明し、SGLT2阻害薬内服患者での適切な血糖マネジメント評価法を確立することを目指す。本研究の結果、SGLT2阻害薬内服下において、血糖管理の精度向上、不要な治療強化の回避、低血糖および心血管疾患発症リスクの軽減が期待される。
