Outline of Research at the Start

本研究はHFpEFの病態生理を解明するために、arterial stiffness-うっ血・低灌流の関係性の視点からHFpEFの血行動態を解析する。HFpEF患者を対象とした臨床研究に加えて、HFpEF動物モデルにおいて病理学的な解析などより詳細な検討を行う。Arterial stiffness-うっ血・低灌流という視点からHFpEFを層別化することにより、より適切な治療法の開発や予後予測が可能になることが期待される。
