Outline of Research at the Start

本研究では健常新生児の血清を用いて、所定の光源を一定時間照射したことで変化するビリルビン光異性体の濃度と、既存のビリルビン分画検査を行う。直接ビリリルビン値の変化量はビリルビン光異性体の変化量に依存する仮定のもと、ビリルビン光異性体の内、どれぐらいの割合が直接ビリルビン値として測定されるか定量する。
