Outline of Research at the Start	間質性肺疾患の呼吸困難は難治性かつQOL低下につながる症状であり、さらなる症状緩和アプローチが必要である。本研究では、間質性肺疾患の呼吸困難に対するモルヒネ皮下注射の有効性をランダム化プラセボ対照第Ⅱ相試験で調べる。安静時呼吸困難を有する間質性肺疾患患者にモルヒネもしくはプラセボ（生理食塩水）単回皮下注射を行い、注射前と比べた注射後1時間の呼吸困難の改善効果を調べる。また、その後に同デザインの検証型第Ⅲ相試験を行う。
