Outline of Research at the Start	長期にわたるストレスは、うつ病をはじめとした精神疾患の発症や悪化に深く関わっていることが分かってきました。しかしながら、数か月のストレスを評価する方法は、問診などの主観的な方法以外に開発されていません。そこで私たちの研究グループでは、毛髪を使ってストレスを客観的に評価できないかと考えました。この研究では、慢性的なストレス下にある方の毛髪の中で増加する物質を探索することで、ストレスの客観的評価法の開発を目指します。
