Outline of Research at the Start

本研究課題は、OCDにおけるチック関連OCDといったサブタイプによる治療反応性の違い、あるいは前頭葉機能の特性に関する研究など、視覚運動協調性に関するOCDの視覚認知特性を明らかにする。視覚認知機能に関する課題を行い、視線解析結果を健常群も加えた3群間で比較する。OCD、および、チック関連性OCDの視覚運動協調性の特性を明らかにする。具体的には、OCD患者約100例、健常群50例に対して、視線解析装置を備えたモニター画面で、3つの前頭葉機能課題を実施する。患者群をチック関連OCDかどうかにより視覚認知特性の相違を検証する。
