Outline of Research at the Start

月経前症候群（PMS; premenstrual syndrome）及び月経前不快気分障害（PMDD; premenstrual dysphoric disorder）がもたらす労働生産性低下に対し、生理学的知見を基に介入した研究は乏しい。女性が社会進出する上で、労働生産性向上に貢献するエビデンスを提供することは極めて重要である。本研究では、PMS/PMDD患者への高照度光療法が、不眠や抑うつ気分などのPMS/PMDD症状を緩和し、プレゼンティズムを改善するという仮説をランダム化比較試験で検証する。
