Outline of Research at the Start	統合失調症や気分障害などの精神疾患の病態は十分に解明されていないが、それらの病態へのドパミン神経系の関与は中核的かつ共通するテーマの1つである。ドパミントランスポーター(DAT) 結合能計測によりドパミン神経系機能を評価するDAT画像研究は、精神疾患におけるドパミン機能障害を示唆しているものの、その結果は一貫していない。本研究では新規解析手法であるテクスチャ解析を統合失調症に応用し、ドパミン機能障害の視点からその病態への関与を探索する。そして、気分障害を含めた疾患横断的なバイオマーカーを確立し、精神疾患のDAT-SPECTのテクスチャ解析によって得られる特徴量の有用性を示すことを目的とする。
