Outline of Research at the Start

統合失調症の中核的な症状の一つは自我障害である。運動主体感異常が、自我障害の前駆状態に見られる。しかし、統合失調症の自我障害の神経基盤はいまだ十分に解明されていない。健常者と統合失調症患者における、運動主体感のプライミング効果の違いに着目することは、統合失調症における自我障害の神経メカニズムの解明への糸口となりうる。本研究計画は、「運動主体感の乱れが統合失調症の自我障害に関与する」という従来研究の知見を踏まえて、「運動主体感のプライミング効果について、健常者と統合失調症患者の群間比較」を行い、さらに、超高磁場7テスラMRIを用いて「自我障害の神経基盤」の解明を目指す。
