Outline of Research at the Start	本研究の目的は、rTMS治療がCPTSDの症状の軽減に寄与するかを生物学的に明らかにすることである。これを検証するために、CPTSD患者においてrTMSによる治療効果をPTSD症状の根幹をなす消去学習の障害に加えて、自己組織化の障害の背景にある感情制御障害に関連した神経ネットワークに着目し、機能的および構造的結合な変化を評価する。またうつやPTSD症状、感情調節能力に対する心理学的な評価を行ない、脳画像との相補的な評価から、rTMS治療反応性を予測する因子を検証する。本研究の成果により、CPTSDに対する新たな治療選択肢の確立と、rTMSの治療適応性に基づく個別化医療の発展につなげる。
