Outline of Research at the Start

本研究では、新しい線量分割の治療に対する治療効果および有害事象予測モデルの構築・検証を目的とする。
具体的には①腫瘍生検検体の免疫染色、②末梢リンパ球のDNA-PK活性測定、③末梢リンパ球内のmRNA/miRNA発現解析を用いることで、再発リスクおよび有害事象リスクをスコア化し、個別の症例毎に合わせた前立腺がんの放射線治療の最適化を目指す。
