Outline of Research at the Start

うっ血性心不全患者における各種エコー検査データ，特に，臓器うっ血と，三尖弁逆流による右室・右房間圧較差と右室機能指標（右室および右房ストレイン）から推定される右室・右房カップリングの障害から，将来の心不全発症を含めた心血管イベントを予測できないかを検討する．心不全発症の高リスクと判定された患者群に対して，より積極的な心不全加療の介入を行うことにより，その後の心血管イベントの抑制が可能になると思われる．
