Outline of Research at the Start

肺移植後の長期生存を妨げる最大の原因はCLADである。CLADの画像診断に用いられてる肺血流SPECTは、集積低下を視覚的に評価するため主観的要素が大きく、微かな変化では正確に診断できない可能性がある。肺血流SPECTを定量化することで診断精度の向上が期待できるが、肺血流SPECTの定量方法が確立されていない。
本研究では、肺移植後のCLADの診断に対する肺血流SPECTの定量方法を確立して、CLADの診断精度の向上を目指す。
