Outline of Research at the Start	IKZF分子は血球分化を制御する遺伝子発現を調節する転写因子ファミリーである。IKZFファミリー分子の生殖細胞系列における変異は先天性免疫異常症を引き起こすことが知られる。本研究ではAIOLOS異常症を代表とするIKZFファミリー分子の異常に伴う先天性免疫異常症の疾患原性バリアントノックインマウスを用いて、マルチオミクス解析やin vivo近接タンパク質ビオチン標識法を用いた会合分子探索による分子病態解明を行う。
