Outline of Research at the Start	肺高血圧があり肺血管拡張薬の投与を受けている患者の肺血管拡張薬の血中濃度を測定し、その至適投与量を推定し、検証することを目的とする。先天性心疾患の心臓外科的修復術の術後で肺高血圧がある患者に、肺血管拡張剤の投与を経口及び注腸で行っているが、投与量に関しては明確な根拠はない。測定した血中濃度と薬物動態（Pharmacokinetics：PK）と薬力学（Pharmacodynamics：PD）の関連性を調査し、有効かつ安全に肺血管拡張剤を使用することを目的とする。また、単一施設研究の利点を生かし、薬物投与時の状況、中長期的予後も評価が可能になることが期待される。
