Outline of Research at the Start

不顕性肝性脳症は肝硬変患者の20%に合併し、肝硬変患者のアウトカムを悪化させるため、重要な介入標的である。しかし、診断から治療までのアルゴリズムが社会実装に至っていない点が大きな課題である。本研究はCHE診療の包括的アルゴリズム確立と社会実装を目的とし、肝硬変患者の健康寿命伸長とアウトカム改善に寄与する。第一にCHE簡易検査法の開発と多職種連携に寄与するエビデンスを創出する。第二に治療とアウトカム予測について、肝硬変の診療で基礎となる多臓器連関の立場から病態を解析する。ここで得られた治療アルゴリズムによりアウトカムが改善したかを追跡調査し、不顕性肝性脳症の総合的診療アルゴリズムを提案する。
