Outline of Research at the Start

膵癌は最難治癌であり、特に早期病変の病態解明は早期発見・早期治療介入にとって不可欠
である。本研究では、膵癌浸潤過程の初期段階である「微小浸潤癌」に着目し、膵癌の最も早期の浸潤過程を解明する。具体的には膵癌が浸潤能を獲得する直前の状態である「早期膵癌」と浸潤能を獲得した直後の状態である「微小浸潤癌」から得た手術検体サンプルや患者由来オルガノイドにマルチオミックス解析を実施し、浸潤能獲得のメカニズム解明を行い、浸潤メカニズムを標的とした治療法開拓を目指す。
