Outline of Research at the Start

本研究課題では、機能性ディスペプシア（Functional dyspepsia: FD）患者を対象にして、十二指腸粘膜内における好酸球をはじめとする炎症細胞浸潤が、FD患者の十二指腸粘膜内protease-activated receptor-2（PAR2）発現亢進およびtight junction protein (TJ protein)の発現低下を介して十二指腸内炎症の増悪と共にFD症状が誘導・増悪するのか検討することを目標としている。
