Outline of Research at the Start	抗腫瘍免疫応答を担うエフェクターT細胞の活性化に際してはがん細胞との間に代謝競合があることが報告されている。そこで、本研究では主要な代謝臓器である肝臓の代謝環境に着目し、特定の代謝基質がエフェクターT細胞の活性化やICI治療に及ぼす影響を解明する。そして、肝細胞癌への免疫療法奏効の新たなメカニズムを解明し、新規バイオマーカーや、耐性克服を目指す
