Outline of Research at the Start	令和6年度:マウス脂肪肝炎モデル作成、マウス部分的脾動脈結紮術モデル作成、ルシフェラーゼ陽性間葉系幹細胞の培養・保存。マウスモデルが適切か評価し、部分的に脾動脈を塞栓した場合の脾臓塞栓率を測定し血液生化学検査に及ぼす影響を評価する。マウス部分的脾動脈結紮術モデルを基に、マウス脂肪肝炎モデルに培養骨髄細胞投与＋部分的脾動脈結紮術を施行し検体を採取する。令和7年度:得られた検体を基に解析を行い、機序解析を進める。国内外で学会発表を行い、必要に応じて解析内容を追加する。令和8年度:英文校正、論文発表を行い、人への臨床応用に向けて課題の抽出と追加の研究計画を立案する。
