Outline of Research at the Start	本研究課題において、複合免疫療法を受ける切除不能進行肝細胞癌患者の末梢血単核球細胞を包括的かつ詳細に検討するために、シングルセルRNAシーケンス解析を行う。治療奏功例と無奏功例を比較することにより、治療効果に相関する新規免疫サブセットの同定及び、新規免疫動態機序の解明が期待される。本研究課題における治療奏功に関わるバイオマーカー探索により、治療前に治療効果が予測できるだけでなく、治療反応に関わる免疫応答が明らかにされ、更なる治療効果の向上につながる新たな知見が得られると考えられる。
