Outline of Research at the Start

本研究において1. MASLD/MASH患者に関連した筋萎縮におけるAOPPsの関与とそのメカニズムを明らかにし、治療標的としてAOPPsあるいはそれに関連する下流のシグナル伝達経路が有用であるかを解明する。2. これまでサルコペニアに有効であると推測されている分岐鎖アミノ酸製剤、抗酸化剤投与、運動療法などのAOPPsによる筋萎縮に対する効果をその機序とともに検討し、AOPPs量が治療効果予測、判定において治療特異的なバイオマーカーとして有用であるかを解明する。
