Outline of Research at the Start

循環器病における緩和ケアに関しては社会的関心が高く、政策の観点から提供された緩和ケアに関する内容・質のモニタリング・質の改善が求められる。しかしながら、循環器病対策基本計画および医療計画策定にあたり必要とされる、全国の都道府県単位で均質的・継続的に評価が可能な、質の評価指標（特にプロセス指標）がない。循環器病における遺族調査結果を用いて、「レセプトデータで測定可能」な循環器病における緩和ケアのプロセス指標を策定する。遺族調査結果を用いて作成したプロセス指標を、自治体をはじめとした政策立案者・学会・患者団体を含めた意思決定者により修正デルファイ法を用いて総意形成を行う。
