Outline of Research at the Start

下肢閉塞性動脈硬化症に対する血管内治療(EVT)において、浅大腿膝窩動脈における治療選択基準やデバイスの選択は議論の余地がある。現在、EVT中の治療適応病変は血管内超音波や血管造影での決定が主だが、明確な基準は示されていない。本研究の目的は、浅大腿膝窩動脈におけるEVTにて、病変の治療適応及び終了基準を明確にすることである。具体的には、pressure wireを用いて動脈内圧較差を測定し、病変を評価検討する。末梢動脈病変の虚血の判断と治療終了の基準の策定やdeferできる病変基準を明確にしていく。
