Outline of Research at the Start

重症三尖弁逆流症（TR）症例の手術後の予後規定因子として右室機能は重要であり、術前に正確に右室機能を評価することで、手術を行うことにより予後改善が得られる症例があるが、TR症例の適切な右室機能評価指標は確立されていない。そのため、手術介入による予後予測が難しく、新規の右室機能指標の確立が急務である。運動負荷心エコー図検査を用いて、右室予備能、運動中の三尖弁輪・弁葉ならびに弁尖tetheringなどの動態変化の評価、Vector flow mappingを用いた右室左室間相互作用の評価、さらに心臓MRI検査を用いた右室心筋の組織性状評価を行い、重症TR症例における右室機能指標を確立する。
