Outline of Research at the Start	近年、我が国では、心血管カテーテル治療が広く行われるとともに、人口の高齢化に伴い、既存の臨床試験等の対象者と異なる複雑な背景を持つ患者に対する心血管カテーテル治療の機会が増えている。一方、患者背景に応じた治療の全国的な調査や、既存の試験の対象者と異なる患者にそれらの結果が適応可能かについての研究は少ない。全国における、心血管カテーテル治療を受けた患者の実態調査を行い、患者特性に応じた手術・薬物治療等について検討する。本研究は、カテーテル治療を受けた心血管疾患患者に関する個別化医療の有用性を明らかにし、変遷する心血管カテーテル治療の治療成績向上に資するエビデンスを提供する。
