Outline of Research at the Start

心房細動による心原性脳塞栓症の原因となる左房内血栓の形成について、
①心エコー検査によるVector flow mapping(VFM)を用いて、左房壁ずり応力(Wall shear stress：WSS)の評価法を確立する。
②左房心内膜障害と流体力学的指標との関連を電気生理学的情報から得られる左房心内膜障害と流体力学的指標の関連を探索し、血流が心内膜に及ぼす影響を解明する。
③左房WSS、心内膜障害、凝固能異常の情報を統合し、多様な背景を持つ個人の病態に適した新たな抗凝固療法指標の確立を目的とする。
