Outline of Research at the Start

乾癬類縁疾患の毛孔性紅色粃糠疹は、稀であるが時に重篤な皮膚疾患である。毛孔性紅色粃糠疹は6つのタイプがあり、その中のV型は、幼少期から顔面、掌蹠を含めた全身に角化性紅斑を生じ、多量のフケ、激しいかゆみ、痛み、悪臭、二次感染などに生涯悩まされる。その発症メカニズムは不明点が多く、治療法は確立していない。本研究では、毛孔性紅色粃糠疹を発症するモデルマウスを用いて、メカニズム解明と、治療法の確立を目指す。
